Deze wijngaard bevindt zich in de meest vruchtbare regio van Chilli en combineert uitzonderlijke klimatologische condities met een rijke traditionele Franse wijncultuur.  De nabijheid van het Andes gebergte, kleine gecontrolleerde opbrengsten, selectie van druiven, met zorg gecontrolleerde gisting en inweking, zorgt voor deze elegante, vrijmoedige en fruitige wijn.

This Carbernet Sauvignon was produced with grapes ripen in a  family vineyard in the beautiful Maule Valley of Central Chile.  This vineyard is blessed with the limpidity of its soil, the wrapping cleanliness of the air and the fresh water coming from the Maule River that runs from the high and snowy Andes to the cold Pacific Ocean.
A warm and long summer season permits to harvest this vine-stock variety in April.  Ruby red color wine with an aroma of ripe plums, cherries and elegant touches of toasted wood, at taste presents soft tannins, full-boddied and pleasant aftertaste.

Best served at 18°C, with red meat and a variety cheeses
